A walk to listen and learn. You are sharing guiding this walk with your dog. Each of you taking turns exploring the environment together. Does this environment allow them to thrive and tune into breed needs? Use each walk to better atune the next. Don't be afraid to bring their favorite toy, treat or settle blanket to enjoy fully!

A dog let walk either off leash or on a long line. No leash pressure or communication is the goal. Allowing the dog to fully immerse their senses and choose their own path. Reflect on what they show you: comfort, curiosity or hesitation all signals help guide your for their next walk.

Practicing focus, skills and commands around safe stimuli. Finding a place to practice, take time and learn together. This style of walk should happen after the dog is fulfilled. The goal is not for your dog to work FOR you but instead to work WITH you. Consider choosing the same area for pattern recognition and positive associations.

When people think about pet heath they often only think about physical health. This walk brings in consideration of nervous system health. Settling is not a skill dogs come with so finding a place and time to practice this is essential.
